Fermentati del Coppe Acquerello Piquette Rosso (collab. Alex Della Vecchia)
Fermentato di bucce d'uva varietà PINOT NOIR dell'azienda agricola di Alex Della Vecchia. Grazie ai lieviti presenti sulla superficie delle bucce ha inizio la fermentazione spontanea. Il risultato è un "vinello" estivo di altri tempi, dissetante e di facilissima beva anche grazie al suo grado alcolico contenuto. Con una piccola aggiunta di zucchero finale ci permette di ottenere una piacevole frizzantezza. Fatelo assaggiare al nonno e chiedetegli come lo chiamavano !
