Fermentazione spontanea Lambic-style maturata in botte con aggiunta di grappoli di moscato di vendemmia tardiva. Al naso note terrose, funky, di uva moscato, citriche e di albicocca. In bocca ha una acidità intensa ma molto ben equilibrata con uno spunto minerale sapido dato dall'aggiunta delle uve moscato.
